Dipak Bohara is a member of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party. He was a member of the National Panchayat in 2036 BS and 2042 BS. He is a former member of the Constituent Assembly. Khand has served as the Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, 2044 BS, Minister of Tourism, 2040 BS, Minister of Supplies, 2073 BS, Minister of Health, 2074 BS, Minister of Labour and Employment, 2072 BS and Minister of Forest and Land Conservation, 2067 BS.
