Barsha Man Pun is the secretary of the CPN (Maoist Centre). He was a member of the Constituent Assembly in 2064 BS. He was also elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Rolpa in 2074 BS. Pun served as the Minister of Peace and Reconciliation in 2067 BS, Minister of Finance in 2068 BS and Minister of Energy, Water Resource and Irrigation in 2074 BS.
