Top Bahadur Rayamajhi is the secretary of CPN - UML. He was a member of both the Constituent Assemblies. He was also a member of the House of Representatives in 2074 BS. Rayamajhi has served as the Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, 2077 BS, Minister of Physical Infrastructure, 2066 BS and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, 2072 BS.
