Abhishek Pratap Shah is a member of the Nepali Congress. He was a member of the Interim Legislative Parliament of 2063 BS. Singh has been elected as a member of the Constituent Assembly twice, 2064 BS and 2070 BS. He was elected to the House of Representatives in 2074 BS
