Damodar Bhandari is the current president of the Sudurpaschim Province Committee of the CPN - UML. He was elected as a member of the Constituent Assembly in 2070 BS, from Baitadi-1 and the House of Representatives in 2074 BS. Bhandari served as the State Finance Minister in 2073 BS.
