Dinesh Kumar Yadav is a central member of the Nepali Congress. He had previously served two terms as the Saptari district president of the Nepali Congress. Yadav was a candidate in both the Constituent Assembly Elections. He was also a candidate in the Federal Elections of ‘074 BS.
