Narad Muni Rana is a politburo member of the CPN - UML. He was elected as a central member of the party in 2078 BS. Rana served as a lawmaker under the proportional representatives system from the CPN - UML in 2064 BS. He was also elected as member of the House of Representatives in 2074 BS from Kailali-4.
