Bishnu Prasad Paudel is a member of the CPN - UML. He is a former member of the House of Representatives, 2071 BS and 2074 BS and the Constituent Assembly, 2064 BS and 2070 BS. Paudel served as the chairman of the Constitution Archives Study and Review Committee in 2070 BS.
